What do you think of this article about the importance of employees? Any other companies that get the most out of their employees (and/or seem to treat them well?)
I think the Pizza Hut example is a good one. By using their own employees to come up with ideas and ways to better the company is a lot of extra help. I can't think of any other companies at the top of my head.
I agree with Chad that the Pizza Hut example was good. At the moment I can't think of another company that does this with their employees. Dominos does it with their customers in a way but all companies should realize how important their workers are.
