What's your favorite commercial? Try to find it on YouTube, post a link, and talk about why you like it. Does it make you want to buy the product? Why or why not?
My favorite commercial is the one for Six Flags. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LU2yt6wOoK0 I used to love watching this commercial because of the crazy old man dancing to "We Like To Party." It starts out with a neighborhood minding its own business; people washing their cars, walking their dogs, etc. All of a sudden a Six Flags bus pulls up. The old man walks out and just dances his heart out! I never knew about Six Flags until after I saw the commercial. I have never been there but would really like to someday. It's a fun commercial and informs you that there is such a place where you can just have fun.
I hate this commercial because he gets a chance to get a new car a picks to get the same one. I don't care how much I loved it I would still get a different color. The frequency of which this commercial was played help me hate it as much as I do. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbUsnvsXlMQ
This add is AWESOME! This man decides to die in a volkswagon over living! I can't think of anything I'd choose. Does anyone have anything they would pick to die with?
Cory: do you find yourself watching more commercials during ESPN to see if a "funny" ESPN one will come on? Why do you think they put so much into their promos/commercials? It seems like they do more creative stuff than other channels.
Side question.. does an annoying commercial make you avoid the product?
Mr. Langager, I have found myself avoiding any products which tries to I identify with religion too much. Like if a restaurant would have a religious message on its billboard or marquee.
This is the only commercial that ever really stood out to me because I thought it was the most hilarious thing ever when I first saw it. It didn't make me want to do anything with Geico I just enjoyed it every time it came on.

I wanted 2 be like mike on the court from playing like mike, to dressing like mike an even wanted to drink gatorade like mike lol.AN yes this commercial also made me a fan an a consumer of Gatorade an I've been drinking it ever since. It makes me wanna buy it cause it shows my icon working out real hard an the only thing that seems to quench his thirst is gatorade an the way they show him all exhausted an sweaty just makes the product more appealing to me.
